Christopher Lewandowski, M.Ed,. LCPC received his Masters degree in School Psychology from Loyola University in Chicago. With more than 16 years of experience as a School Psychologist he is well versed in a variety of academic and emotional assessments. Chris values the information obtained from conducting psychological testing as it aids clients and clinicians in understanding the issues as well as assisting in the creation of a sound treatment plan. In addition to his experience regarding psychological assessment, he has an in-depth understanding of educational law as it pertains to special education and Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Chris’ strength lies in his understanding of children and adolescents, especially when concerns arise in the areas of attention deficit disorder, executive functioning, anxiety, depression, testing accommodations, and spectrum disorders. His goal oriented approach to therapy coupled with his collaborative style aids in orienting and supporting those with whom he works through each step of the change process.
