Renee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, young adults, and adults. She enjoys helping her clients achieve success over issues regarding anxiety, depression, social skills, self confidence and esteem, spiritual exploration and development, managing anger and other emotions, substance abuse and addiction, adolescent oppositional and defiant tendencies, parenting dilemmas, pre-marital therapy, marital impasses, and a variety of other personal goals.
Although Renee’s clinical orientation is primarily a systemic approach, she does provide individual, couples, family and group therapies. She believes in meeting people where they are to address each concern, empowering them to move towards a more desired place of balance and wellness. She believes in incorporating her client’s strengths, community resources, internal motivation, and family involvement when beneficial, to develop new insights and meaningful change.
